Three Things You Don’t See
The Lord just gave this to me… “Three things you can’t see that explain everything you can see, (1) The Past, (2) Your Conscience Soul, & (3) God.”
THINK ABOUT IT
- THE PAST: Right now you can’t see the past and have no way to see it. You can see videos, pics, and artifacts from past events but these are just present reminders of the past. They are not the past itself. However, if the past didn’t exist you wouldn’t be here because you are a product of the past.
- YOUR CONSCIENCE SOUL: When you look at yourself in the mirror, you don’t see yourself you just see the body you live in with all its physical parts. When they scan your brain in an MRI they can’t find you. You are an immaterial mind made of spirit and you know this because you know yourself via your thoughts, feelings, and will. If you didn’t have a soul you wouldn’t know “you” existed.
- GOD: We cannot see Him but because of Him we can see everything. He is the Creator of matter, space, and time- including the soul.
Now consider that Jesus came in the flesh to explain “eternal life”- that thing we must have now have to experience it forever. John 17:3, “Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” When we know Jesus now we will understand our purposeful past, God-given identity, and loving Father!
